18U Premier

Ryan Glavor

Director of Coaching/Club Development and 18U Premier Head Coach

Ryan Glavor joins RoughRiders Volleyball as our Director of Coaching and Club Development. A native of Maui, Hawaii, Glavor has been playing and studying volleyball for over 13 years. During his senior year as a setter, Glavor assisted the team to reach a regular-season division title, a divisional tournament title as well as a silver medal in the state tournament finishing the season 19-2. Glavor played collegiate volleyball for the University of Colorado Men’s Club program playing both Libero and Setter. Glavor began his coaching career as a high school player on Maui aiding multiple volleyball clubs with camps and clinics. In 2013 Glavor became the Technical Coordinator for the University of Colorado, Boulder Varsity program where he was in charge of all statistical and video analysis. He took on his own club team in 2014 with the former TCA Colorado program. Glavor then moved over to BAC Volleyball Club for 2015. Also in 2015 Glavor served as the first assistant for the women’s collegiate club program at CU Boulder. During the 2016 season, Glavor helped the Buffs reach a top 10 ranking nationally. In the fall of 2016, Glavor took over as the Head Coach of the men’s club program at CU. He spent two years as the head coach before taking over the women’s club program for the 2018 season.

Annie Doman

18U Premier Assistant Coach

Annie Doman currently works at Total Package Hockey in Superior, Colorado as the Head of Academics mentoring 6th-12th graders. Prior to this she worked in many roles in higher education. She was the Assistant Director in Admissions at The College of St. Benedict & St. John's University and also the Career Development Coordinator at Macalester College. She served seven years as the head volleyball coach at Macalester College and prior to that five years as the head coach at Carroll University. In her first season at Carroll, she rebuilt a last-place team and guided the Pioneers to conference and conference tournament championships two years in a row, which was the program’s first-ever berth in the NCAA playoffs. She was selected by her peers as Midwest Conference Coach of the Year following these two seasons. At Carroll, she was also the Senior Woman Administrator and the Director of Recreation.

Doman was the starting setter at NCAA Division I Austin Peay State (Tenn.) for four seasons and graduated cum laude in 2001 with a degree in special education. She was team captain as a junior and senior and finished with 4,885 career assists. Doman finished as the school’s all-time leader in assists and in her senior season, she led the NCAA with eight triple-doubles and was named honorable mention All-Ohio Valley Conference. While completing her Master of Science degree in physical education and exercise and sport science at the University of Central Missouri, she was also the graduate assistant for the volleyball program.

Ben Sheneman

17U Elite Head Coach

Ben Sheneman graduated in 2021 from the University of Colorado Boulder with a degree in Integrative Physiology, International Affairs and German Studies. This is his third year with the RoughRiders. In his first two years he served as an assistant coach for the 16U and 17U Premier teams. Ben is now the 17U Elite Head Coach for the 2021/22 season.  Ben is from Flemington, New Jersey and began his volleyball career at 13, playing five club seasons with Central Jersey Volleyball Academy and four varsity seasons at Hunterdon Central Regional High School. Ben has played on the CU Men’s Club Volleyball team for four years, being coached by our own Ryan Glavor and Alli Rice. Ben has a huge love of sports, and during his time at CU has worked in the Sports Medicine Intern program with the women’s soccer team, and hopes to pass on his passion for the game to those that he coaches, and drives to help every player to reach their full potential.

Kelsey Sheehan

17U Elite Assistant Coach

Kelsey is originally from Chicago, IL. She grew up playing at Lions Jrs./ 1st Alliance Volleyball Club and played middle. She also played all 4 years at her High School, Lyons Township. Along with playing volleyball, she also coached and reffed for Lions Jrs./ 1st Alliance. After graduating high school she attended CU Boulder and majored in Integrative Physiology. Throughout her 4 years at CU, she played on the Women’s Club Volleyball team and was President of the club her Junior and Senior years. She’s coached with RoughRiders since the club first started and is very excited to be coaching 17 Elite this season!

Keeley Brown

16U Premier Head Coach

Keeley joins the RoughRiders as the 16U Premier Head Coach. She graduated from the University of Northern Colorado, spending a few years working in the Sports Information Department at Colorado State, primarily focusing on their volleyball program. She started her coaching career in 2011 and has coached with various programs throughout Northern Colorado. Keeley believes in developing athletes as a whole, who are able to use their experiences in the gym to their advantage in life. She is excited to be a part of the RoughRiders family.

Julianna Hensel

16U Elite Head Coach

Julianna is a third-year coach with the RoughRiders. She was an assistant for the 13s team her first season, the head coach of 14U Elite, and is now the head coach for the 16U Elite team. She grew up in Thornton, constantly surrounded by volleyball. She graduated from Mountain Range High School in 2016 and played varsity volleyball three of her four years there. She also played four years at Ballistic VBC. Julianna graduated from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs in 2019 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business with an emphasis in Sport Management. She is excited to continue her coaching career with the RoughRiders and continue to share her love for the game, her knowledge, and help our players become better on and off the court.

Claudia Porricelli

16U Elite Assistant Coach

Claudia Porricelli joins the RoughRiders for a second season. Last season, Claudia was the assistant coach for 14U Elite under head coach, Julianna. This year she's the assistant coach for the 16U Elite team. Growing up in the Denver area, Claudia attended Mountain Range High School and graduated in 2018, where she was a varsity right side blocker all four years. Claudia broke the program's record for aces and blocks in one season her junior year, and broke her record her senior year. She was recognized for Honorable Mention her sophomore and junior years, and second team all conference her senior year. Claudia played for Ballistic VBC for six seasons as a middle blocker.

Claudia graduated from Colorado State University in December of 2021 with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and a minor in Entrepreneurship and Innovation. She played one season with the ram's women's club team as a middle where they competed in regional and out-of-state tournaments. Coach Claudia is thrilled to stay in touch with the game as a coach and share her knowledge, experience, and love for volleyball with the RoughRiders.

Alli Rice

15U Premier Head Coach

This is Alli's third year coaching with Rough Riders. Her first two years were spent with 18 Premier as the Head Coach, and she is now the Head Coach of the 15 Premier team. She went to college at the University of Minnesota - Mankato where she played as a libero from 2008-11. She finished her career ranked second all-time in digs with 1,342, including a career-best 480 digs during her sophomore season. After finishing her volleyball career, she was presented the opportunity to be the Graduate Assistant for her alma mater where she earned her Masters Degree in Sport Management. After finishing her Masters, Alli became the interim assistant coach. She moved to Colorado in 2017 where she started coaching Men's Club Volleyball at CU - Boulder with Coach Ryan and Coach Antonio, and coaching for RoughRiders! Outside of coaching, Alli is a Pre-K teacher at The Goddard School - Orchard Parkway.

Savannah Wiegand

15U Premier Assistant Coach

Savannah graduated in 2021 with a degree in Neuroscience and Technology, Arts, and Media from CU Boulder. She is originally from Austin, TX and grew up playing volleyball for most of her life, playing both club and school for all of middle and high school. Savannah played at AVA for club where her team competed out of state and at national tournaments each year, then at Lake Travis High School where the team made playoff runs in the highest division in Texas each year. At CU she has been part of the CU Women’s Club Volleyball program since her freshman year, also being coached by Ryan Glavor there for a year. This is her second year at RoughRiders and she’s excited to share her experience and passion for volleyball.

Gabie Dibb

15U Elite Head Coach

Gabie has been involved in the volleyball world since a young age. Growing up in Southern California, volleyball was a part of the lifestyle. She began playing when she was 8 years old, playing both school and club. Gabie played varsity volleyball in high school at Mater Dei in Santa Ana, California. During that time, the Monarchs went to two CIF and State Championships. Gabie also played for T-Street Volleyball Club. After graduating Mater Dei, she went on to play club volleyball at the University of Colorado Boulder. She played all four years of college, being coached by our own Ryan Glavor, for two of those years. Gabie has been coaching since graduating college. This is her third year at RoughRiders. She is also a third year coach at Boulder High School. Gabie loves the game of volleyball and is excited to continue passing her knowledge and love of the game onto others.

Greg Brooks

15U Elite Assistant Coach

Greg Brooks, a California native and High School Scholar Athlete, has been coaching successfully in Colorado for 7 years. Greg is an avid player, holds an A rating in sand and qualified for the senior nationals in 2018. Greg focuses mainly on individual skills development and game time management.

This is his second year with the RoughRiders. He was the assistant coach for 17 Elite for the 2020-2021 season, and is the assistant coach for 15 Elite this season.

Coach Enrico

Enrico Lucon

14U Premier Head Coach

Enrico began coaching in 2008, while living in Belgium. After moving to the US in 2010, he started coaching for the Boulder Rec Center, the City and County of Broomfield, and from 2013, for the YMCA of Boulder County. His first competitive season was the 2010 Gold Crown Middle School League, which was followed by 10 additional Gold Crown seasons. The first club coaching experience was in 2012-2013 (Sunshine Colorado), then TCA (2013-2014), No Limits (2014-2018), Ballistic (2018-2019), and now with the RoughRiders, adding up to 9 club seasons, always with teams between U13-U15. Other noteworthy coaching experiences: USA Volleyball High Performance Tryouts in Denver (2013-2021) and Pat Powers’ Summer Volleyball Camps (2015-2021). Enrico’s main goal, when coaching, is making kids fall in love with volleyball.

Tim Atwood, Colorado RoughRiders Voleeyball Trainer

Tim Atwood

Tim Atwood joins the Rough Rider Volleyball Club with 7 years of experience training youth, high school, and collegiate athletes of all sports. He is a registered strength and conditioning coach and a certified strength and conditioning coach with the national strength and conditioning association. He is also a USA weightlifting coach. Tim received his bachelor's degree in Health and Exercise Science from Colorado State University in 2013 and has been working with athletes ever since. Tim's predominant focus is to build strength and conditioning programs for jump and land sports like volleyball and basketball. He believes that prehabilitation is key to reducing the likelihood of acl tears and lower extremity injuries. For athletes that have had a major injury Tim specializes in phase 4 rehabilitation to return to sport. Tim is passionate in helping athletes reach their full potential on and off the court.
