Training and Coaching Staff
Tim Atwood joins the Rough Rider Volleyball Club with 6 years of experience training youth, high school, and collegiate athletes of all sports. He is a registered strength and conditioning coach and a certified strength and conditioning coach with the national strength and conditioning association. He is also a USA weightlifting coach. Tim received his bachelors degree in Health and Exercise Science from Colorado State University in 2013 and has been working with athletes ever since. Tim's predominant focus is to build strength and conditioning programs for jump and land sports like volleyball and basketball. He believes that prehabilitation is key to reducing the likelihood of acl tears and lower extremity injuries. For athletes that have had a major injury Tim specializes in phase 4 rehabilitation to return to sport. Tim is passionate in helping athletes reach their full potential on and off the court.
